Our Mini-E-Bug:
A couple of years ago, members of Section P14 (Ulm) of the German Amateur Radio Club developed the Mini-E-Bug, a miniature keyer for portable use. It contains twin paddles and a CMOS keyer circuit with switchable speed control using a BCD switch and a built-in battery. It is quite popular with a lot of QRPers and was available assembled or as a kit.
...this was the project, that started Palm Radio. It was the first electronic mini-keyer-paddle developed by Dieter and Hannes. Today we have replaced it by the Code Cube/Mini-Paddle combination, so it is no longer available!
